What project we have for you

We are looking for a customer-oriented & experienced Travel Management Lead to drive high-quality travel services globally. This role combines team management and service enhancement according to traveler experience with a focus on customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, policy compliance, and high-quality service delivery. 

What you will do

  • Driving high-quality travel services with continuous improvement and traveler experience enhancement.
  • Define and execute corporate travel strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain travel policies and procedures.
  • Handle escalations and resolve complex travel issues.
  • Monitor and improve service quality (SLAs, KPIs, traveler satisfaction).
  • Manage relationships with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and vendors.
  • Control and optimize travel spend; identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Analyze travel data and provide regular reporting and insights.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the travel management team.
  • Implement and optimize travel tools (booking platforms, expense systems)
  • Ensure duty of care, traveler safety, and risk management processes
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies and cooperation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear and engaging content and solutions.

What you need for this

  • 3+ years of experience in leading corporate travel management or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of travel industry, suppliers, and booking systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and people management.
  • Solid analytical skills with experience in cost control and reporting.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and operate in regulated environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Understanding process automation and digital tools, AI adoption.
  • Ability to drive change and service improvements.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
