December 17, 2024 – Zagreb, Croatia – Intellias, a global technology partner for top-tier organizations with an office in Zagreb, Croatia, has been recognized in the Best Employer Brand Awards Adria 2024. The company was named Best Employer Brand among small companies for the second year in a row and earned top honors in the Creative Employer Brand Activity category for its Real Not Perfect campaign that highlights genuine stories of Intellias tech professionals and shows the real people behind digital technology.
Best Employer Brand Awards Adria brings together leading employer brands from across Croatia, Montenegro, Slovenia, and the broader Adria region. Winners are evaluated by an expert jury for innovation, creativity, communication, and strategy.
The Real Not Perfect campaign stood out in the Creative Employer Brand Activity category. To develop this campaign, Intellias distributed 70 disposable film cameras to team members in Croatia, Portugal, Poland, Colombia, India, Spain, Ukraine, and Bulgaria. Specialists were invited to capture candid snapshots of their work and personal lives. The result was a compilation of over 2,000 photos, presented in a video that celebrates real, not perfect people who develop outstanding digital solutions.

Real Not Perfect reflects the essence of who we are: a community of tech professionals who have good days and bad days and who fuel digital revolution while staying true to themselves.
In addition to winning in the Creative category, Intellias earned the highest overall scores in the Best Employer Brand category among companies with teams of up to 100 people. This recognition underscores the company’s focus on its human-centered culture, comprehensive employer branding strategy, and innovative approaches to fostering employee well-being and career growth.
