What project we have for you

The Senior Software Delivery Leader is responsible for leading of complex software initiatives, partnering closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, on-time delivery and implementing innovations. This role requires a strong technical software background and the ability to operate effectively in modern cloud-based and experience leading teams adopting AI-powered development workflows..

The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical understanding with delivery leadership, enabling teams to move fast while maintaining engineering excellence.

What you will do

Own and drive software delivery across multiple teams, ensuring predictable execution, transparency, and continuous improvement
Proactively identify delivery risks, technical dependencies, and quality issues, and drive mitigation plans
Establish and optimize delivery metrics (velocity, flow, quality, reliability) to support data-driven decision-making
Enable and coach teams on DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated quality gates
Define and implement pragmatic AI practices within software delivery and engineering workflows, focusing on real, measurable values.
Guide teams in adopting AI agents and AI-powered tools to improve productivity, code quality, testing, and operational efficiency
Track and evaluate the performance and impact of AI adoption, using clear metrics such as development speed, cycle time reduction, defect rates, and developer experience

What you need for this

Leadership & Collaboration

Strong communication skills
Lead, mentor, and develop engineers and technical leads, fostering growth, accountability, and high-performance culture
Promote cross-team knowledge sharing, technical collaboration, and best practices to ensure consistent, scalable delivery across all projects
Drive technical decision-making discussions

Technical & Tooling Expertise

Technical SW development background.
Strong experience working with GitHub and Azure DevOps for:
- Source control and branching strategies
- Pull request workflows and code reviews
- CI/CD pipelines and release orchestration

Deep understanding of SonarQube for:
- Code quality analysis
- Technical debt management
- Security and maintainability metrics

AI & Modern Engineering Practices

Experience working with or delivering AI-enabled solutions, including:
- AI agents and automation within software development workflows
- Applying AI to improve developer productivity, testing, code quality, and delivery insights

Proven ability to support teams adopting AI tools and practices, ensuring responsible, secure, and effective implementation

Understanding of how AI impacts software architecture, delivery cadence, and operational models

Will be a plus:

Solid knowledge of cloud systems and architectures (e.g., Azure, AWS, or similar), including:
- Cloud-native services
- Scalability, reliability, and cost considerations
- Cloud-based CI/CD and monitoring solutions

Experience delivering software in embedded systems or hardware-integrated environments. Understanding of:
- Firmware and embedded software lifecycles
- Hardware/software integration challenges
- Cross-functional coordination between hardware, firmware, and cloud team
