Our client is the fastest-growing global manufacturing company. An international corporation with over a hundred years of history, internationally recognized brands and Reduced-Risk Products.

Intellias’ mission is to support its strategy and efforts in the Digital and e-commerce space (e-commerce and other apps mobile apps, payment gateways, loyalty system, search engine, employee management, identity management, etc.).

A newly conceptualized Digital Eco System is comprised of a set of capabilities including an online shop & website, linking online & offline, customization & personalization, engagement & membership, digital product & services main differences

What you will do

Design and deliver a Power Platform solution to automate Release Governance processes and support the full Release Management lifecycle using Microsoft 365 tooling.
Build and maintain SharePoint-based data models (SharePoint Lists) as the primary data layer for the solution.
Implement multi-stage approval workflows and supporting automation using Power Automate.
Design and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) across Power Apps, SharePoint Lists, and automated workflows.
Develop intuitive and user-friendly Power Apps interfaces, leveraging modern UI patterns and articulating layout constraints and tradeoffs to stakeholders.
Integrate or extend the solution with Microsoft Copilot Agent capabilities or equivalent agent-style integrations within the M365/Power Platform ecosystem.
Lead end-to-end solution delivery: validate architecture, manage implementation, and collaborate with client stakeholders throughout.
Produce comprehensive technical documentation and deliver structured knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to enable internal teams to own and maintain the solution post-delivery.
Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across all project phases.

What you need for this

Must-have

Proven delivery experience with Power Apps and Power Automate in production-grade solutions.
Strong experience designing and implementing solutions using SharePoint Lists as a data model.
Experience implementing approval workflows and supporting artifacts.
Ability to design and enforce role-based access across apps, lists, and workflows.
Experience integrating or extending solutions with Copilot Agent capabilities (or equivalent Copilot/agent-style integration in M365/Power Platform).
Solid understanding of Power Apps UI options, including newer patterns where Power Apps can host richer experiences, and the ability to discuss UI constraints/tradeoffs.
Ability to lead/drive an end-to-end solution delivery—from architecture validation through implementation
Strong documentation and enablement capability for handover/KT to internal teams
Excellent English communication skills, enabling clear and confident interaction with diverse stakeholders and technical discussions
