This is an internal Intellias role responsible for shaping and scaling the CRM ecosystem across the company. The CRM Leader will oversee how internal teams – RevOps, Marketing, Sales, Delivery, and IT – leverage CRM capabilities to drive operational excellence, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
The role focuses on modernizing the CRM platform, enabling AI-driven automation, ensuring smooth integrations with internal systems, and elevating data governance practices.
