What project we have for you

This is an internal Intellias role responsible for shaping and scaling the CRM ecosystem across the company. The CRM Leader will oversee how internal teams – RevOps, Marketing, Sales, Delivery, and IT – leverage CRM capabilities to drive operational excellence, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
The role focuses on modernizing the CRM platform, enabling AI-driven automation, ensuring smooth integrations with internal systems, and elevating data governance practices. You will lead cross-functional improvements to ensure the CRM environment becomes a scalable, secure, and future-ready ecosystem that supports organizational growth.

What you will do

  • Lead and evolve the CRM roadmap in alignment with organizational strategy and growth objectives.
  • Drive the introduction and adoption of AI-driven CRM capabilities.
  • Oversee integrations between CRM and other internal systems, ensuring reliability and scalability.
  • Define and enforce strong data governance standards, ensuring compliance, data quality, and security integrity.
  • Manage relationships with CRM and marketing automation vendors, including contract oversight, feature deployment, and platform upgrades.
  • Serve as the key interface between IT and revenue-generating teams (RevOps, Sales, Marketing), ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables.
  • Monitor platform performance, stability, and user adoption, introducing improvements as needed.

What you need for this

Must-have

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM administration, ecosystem ownership, or platform leadership.
  • Deep understanding of modern CRM platforms (Pipedrive, Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in marketing automation tools, workflows, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in CRM integrations and data exchange patterns.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices.
  • Experience defining and managing CRM roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into platform capabilities.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with business, RevOps, Marketing, and IT stakeholders.

Will be a plus

  • Experience in CRM migration projects
  • Knowledge of revenue operations frameworks.
  • Background in leading vendor or partner relationships.
