The Career Hub project, which allows specialists of the IT company Intellias to independently manage their careers, received the highest award at HR Brand Ukraine 2022. Intellias became a winner in “The best project for training and development of employees” nomination.
Career Hub transforms professional growth at Intellias into an easy, convenient, and transparent process. The platform has become a one-stop center for all professional and career opportunities, from feedback, skills testing, training, and mentoring, to rotation, relocation, and review of compensations and benefits.
