Do you want to shape how top tech talent discovers and engages with a company through data-driven marketing and creative campaigns? At Intellias, we are looking for a Talent Marketing Specialist who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution — someone ready to design, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end.
What project we have for you
In this role, you will experiment with new approaches, work with performance channels, and contribute to events like webinars and meetups as part of integrated talent marketing campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end marketing campaigns targeting B2E audiences — from research and strategy to execution and performance optimization
- Design and run complex, multi-channel campaigns that combine paid media, content, and events (webinars, meetups, tech initiatives)
- Analyze audience behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth and optimization opportunities
- Plan, launch, and scale paid marketing campaigns, including budget allocation, forecasting, and continuous performance improvement
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance (channels, targeting, creatives), and translate data into actionable insights
- Drive campaign execution by preparing clear, structured briefs for design and copywriting teams
- Collaborate on the concept and delivery of tech events (online and offline) as an integral part of campaign strategy
- Contribute to campaign ideation, testing new approaches and formats to improve engagement and conversion
What you need for this
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, with hands-on involvement in campaign execution
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing tools and platforms
- Experience in analyzing campaign performance and working with data
- Ability to translate marketing goals into clear technical briefs
- Hands-on experience in organizing events (webinars, meetups) would be a plus
- Experience creating marketing content using AI tools
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
