We are looking for Senior Internal Communication Specialist to join our Internal Communication team. Our ideal future candidate is a strong professional who can effectively bridge stakeholders and engineers and craft clear and engaging communication campaigns to bring clarity within a diverse, global team.
The role ensures consistent, impactful messaging across the organization, supports leadership communication, and strengthens corporate culture.
What project we have for you
You will work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, HR, and delivery to foster transparency, employee engagement, and alignment with business objectives. This role offers the opportunity to create multi-channel internal campaigns, develop communication policies and frameworks, launch new channels, formats, and events together with internal and external partners.
What you will do
Internal Communication Strategy & Governance
- Contribute to the development and execution of the internal communication strategy.
- Ensure clear, timely, and consistent communication of company updates and processes.
- Establish communication governance, messaging standards, and frameworks.
- Support local internal communications and ensure alignment with global standards.
Internal Communication Campaigns, Change & Crisis Communication.
- Lead end-to-end internal communication campaigns on organizational changes and initiatives across channels and formats.
- Coordinate crisis communication related to health, safety, or business continuity.
Leadership and work with stakeholders.
- Partner with senior leaders, including C- and VP-level to translate strategic decisions into clear messages.
- Prepare executive communications (town halls, key announcements, presentations).
Employee Engagement & Feedback
- Maintain two-way communication and feedback mechanisms.
- Analyze employee feedback and coordinate follow-up actions with stakeholders.
- Measure communication effectiveness and continuously improve it.
What you need for this
What we expect from you
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or other relevant academic field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years of proven track record in Internal Communication/PR/Employer brand.
- Proficiency in English (B2 minimum); knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
- Applied experience with AI tools for internal communications (content creation, planning, analysis).

- Excellent writing and oral skills — ability to convey information effectively to the internal audience and stakeholders.
- Experience developing and executing communication plans, supporting change communications.
- Experience in collaboration with designers and video productions.
