To participate in Career Show Awards 2022 the company submitted 5 applications and each case was acknowledged by the jury. Overall, 90 companies submitted 457 applications this year.
The company’s project “MriYa – Create your dream”, which was dedicated to the International Day for Protection of Children, received a gold medal. Taking care of the families’ well-being, Intellias initiated this project to support children at times of Russian aggression against Ukraine.
A silver medal went to IntelliSmartWorkplaces, a strategy to manage remote work at Intellias. The company’s specialists can work from home, from the office, or combine both options. Such strategy not only helps to boost productivity, but enhances the generation of new ideas and mental health support.
Three more projects received bronze awards. Among them was Career Hub, an internal corporate portal, which unites all professional opportunities in one place. Career Hub allows specialists to manage their careers and grow professionally in the company.
Another bronze went to IntelliWomen. Intellias implements programs and projects, which support women’s professional development in the tech sphere.
The Intellias referral program also received a bronze medal. This is an innovative way to engage new talents thanks to internal recommendations. This is one of the most effective recruitment instruments in the company, which helps to fill 25% of all vacancies.

The Awards’ jury included experts and professionals with long-standing work experience. This year, they were joined by journalists and heads of associations, marketing agencies’ representatives, influencers, and opinion leaders in marketing, recruitment, and employer brand spheres.
