To continue our exponential growth, Intellias seeks to hire a VP, Growth & Channel Sales to join our global team and become part of the company’s success with partners.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute the company’s growth strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share for Digital and Telecom & Media Segments;
  • Partner with team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets;
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry players to drive business growth;
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to expand the company’s reach and drive sales through indirect channels;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technology office and delivery, to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives;
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth;
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, customers, and industry stakeholders;
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and KPIs to track performance and drive results;
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on channel sales performance, growth initiatives, and market trends;
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage;
  • Engage relevant partners into co-selling to accelerate the opportunity and amplify the value proposition for the customer, connecting with or bringing in the partners’ sales team;
  • Participate in partner events and co-marketing activities, providing the team with key ecosystem insights and intelligence;
  • Conduct regular cadences, planning sessions and business reviews with key partner stakeholders;
  • Be a subject matter expert for our sales teams and practices in incentive programs and co-selling;
  • Be a brand advocate during all partner and prospect interactions while identifying new opportunities that drive value; 
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities; 
  • Strong presentation skills to be able to speak comfortably and effectively in front of large audiences at virtual or onsite events; 
  • Existing network of PSMs and AMs within partner ecosystems in North America required.

What you need for this

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, business development or account management roles with at least 3 years in alliance management or relevant roles;
  • Experience of working with cloud service providers and other ISVs in a service company;
  • Strong understanding of technology landscape and market dynamics across vertical industries; 
  • Knowledge of alliances dynamics, partner programs and partner incentives approaches;
  • Have a highly polished personal brand (especially on LinkedIn), an expansive professional network, and compliment your partner engagements with digital and social business development relationship building skills; 
  • Equity, diversity and inclusiveness are at the center of your core principles and values; 
  • Able to effectively work remotely/virtually from your home office as a key member of a geographically distributed team; 
  • Undergraduate degree required; 
  • Willing and able to travel on-demand (between 25- 50% of the time) (throughout territory and, on occasion, to our global office locations).
