In connection with subsequent business expansion, Intellias is strengthening the capabilities in delivery leadership. As such, we are looking for a seasoned executive to join us for a position of VP Delivery in Digital business (Head of Delivery Segment). VP Delivery strategically drives 700+ people operations with a clear focus on increasing the scale of business. The primary focus of this role is shaping the delivery strategy for one’s areas of responsibility and directly contribute into company strategy as a whole. The role’s objectives are connected with company top-level goals and Delivery Segment business growth.
Apart of working closely with Intellias LT on shaping delivery strategy, a set of responsibilities includes supervising a large engineering organization, performance management, financial management, contribution to sales, presales as well as account growth.
The role will report to C-level (Chief Delivery Officer).

• Develop and implement best practices and processes to continuously improve our efficiency and
quality of company’s services
• Lead the exploration and adoption of new technologies and tools to drive innovation and efficiency
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the delivery teams
Be a trustful partner for key clients and support business development:
• Lead collaboration with our clients to understand their business goals and help to develop tailored
solutions to meet their needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure smooth project delivery and
ongoing success
• Be involved in top-priority pre-sales, providing direction, guidance, and support to the team and
ensure the success of our sales efforts
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective segment
strategies
Keep Intellias on the edge of technology innovation:
• Identify and evaluate new and emerging technologies that can be applied to our solutions and
services
• Develop and execute a comprehensive innovation strategy that aligns with the company’s business
goals and objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software engineering trends and technologies to ensure our team is
always at the cutting edge of the industry
Head of AI Solutions:
• Define vision for AI Solutions at Intellias and execute through lean practice team and vertical
Directors
• Design and implement “vanilla” cross-vertical value proposition around AI Solutions
• Own R&D budget to fund specific offering and accelerator activities delivered by SMEs within the
vertical practices
• Drive together with corporate marketing thought leadership activities around AI Solutions
• Facilitate reuse of collateral which applies to more than one vertical
• Manage central capacity pooling (bench, predictive hiring) for AI related profiles
• Programme manage the transition to AI-powered solutions at organisation level (in collaboration
with PMO)
• Run occasional business development support, in collaboration with verticals business and tech.
