What project we have for you

As our company continues to grow and the volume of business travel increases, our Global Travel Team is expanding.

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Specialist to join our team.

What you will do

  • Prepare and coordinate local and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other services, in line with the company’s travel policy;
  • Ensure all travel plans have the necessary management and/or client approvals before booking;
  • Support smooth, stress-free travel experiences to help employees stay focused on business goals;
  • Search for the best rates with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to secure cost-effective arrangements;
  • Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, or emergencies quickly and efficiently;
  • Process business visas for multiple destinations (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, KSA, India, Japan, China) and assist with related documentation;
  • Communicate proactively with management, project managers, and employees to resolve travel-related questions or issues;
  • Oversee travel payment processes, including invoice verification and coordination with finance;
  • Prepare and organize required travel documents (e.g., itineraries, insurance, invitation letters).

What you need for this

  • Minimum 2 years of travel management experience, including hands-on experience in visa processing and document preparation;
  • Proven experience with online booking systems;
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
  • English proficiency at least at Intermediate (B1) level; knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage;
  • Ability to interact effectively with colleagues across departments, including staff, management, and external partners;
  • High level of attentiveness, accuracy, and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability;
  • Ability to work under pressure and remain stress-resistant in challenging situations;
  • Proficiency in Jira, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), 1C, and Power BI; readiness to learn new tools if required.
