Training&Development Specialist

Training delivery

• Coordinate and support learning and development activities to deliver to Intellias engineers through a range of blended methodologies, including online-learning, virtual training, comprehensive learning program, engineering communities, rewording program, etc.;
• Liaise with Talent Learning and Development team, Delivery managers and learners to identify learning needs and target skillset as a base for the curriculum;
• Organize educational events and follow up the training process, managing students’ pre-selections, onboarding, attendance tracking, equipment and materials assurance;
• Take part in developing and improving the learning processes;
• Cultivate and support mentoring (individual and group) among learners;
• Maintain and promote the use of online-learning courses;
• Support LMS transition.

Reporting

• Preparation of reports (periodical and ad hoc);
• Coordinate all learning and development course evaluation data, producing regular reports on the effectiveness of the training

Vendors contracting

• Support relationships with the internal trainers community and key training providers, ensuring high quality cost effective delivery and development of new programs to meet learning and development needs.
• Liaising with internal trainers and external training providers to obtain quotes, book trainings and process payments

• Degree educated
• Proficiency in English (intermediate level);
• A good communicator with a logical and pragmatic style
• Developed capability to work alone and as part of a team, drive for result
• Previous background in IT recruitment or sourcing needed (basic technical theory)
• Proven experience of working with MS Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Jira will be an advantage
• Experience of work in Training and Development will be an advantage
