What project we have for you

Intellias is looking for a leader and contributor with a strong technology background who will partner with our key clients to support client organizations through innovation and digital transformation journeys, will contribute to steering the technology part for one of the biggest business segments at Intellias, as well as being a part of the global technology group contributing to Technology Office and Intellias technology strategy.

Intellias is looking for a highly motivated and creative individual with a strong business and technology background in large scale platform integration projects (primarily Salesforce, Workday/ServiceNow/etc would be a big plus). In addition to that the candidate is experienced with Data, Cloud, AI/ML and is knowledgeable about the technology trends, and how to support the business by these new technologies. This role will work closely with client stakeholders, delivery, sales, pre-sales, and technology practices, in line with the vertical ambition to grow the business and become a leading global technology partner.

Among other topics, the scope of work also includes active contribution to technology partnerships and internal capabilities development, cutting-edge technology trends awareness & thought leadership. We are looking for an experienced leader with hands-on technical background and a proven track record in the same/similar Director level role in a well-established outsourcing company.

What you will do

  • Contribute to the account hunting and farming efforts: performance measures and bonus targets linked to the sales/growth targets achievement.
  • Accountable for all technical processes and technology decisions for projects within an account / a portfolio.
  • Interacts with the client senior technical staff to set the account / portfolio technical directions.
  • Together with the client, defines metrics and sets technical quality targets for multiple or complex client projects, and makes sure our teams deliver to it.
  • Finds and proposes efficiencies in the project plans. Creates, publishes, maintains, and executes on multi-year technology roadmap for the client and/or the portfolio.
  • Oversees the account/portfolio technical dependencies, risks and critical paths.
  • Shepherds best practices and processes within the account. Act as a coach to senior engineering teams.
  • Collaboration with delivery, sales, account management and technology leaders at both new and existing customers to drive new logos and influence revenue.
  • Contribution to cross-vertical technology knowledge growth within the Technology Council
  • Ownership of various initiatives to increase competitive advantage on the market (ex. solutions and POC/accelerators).
  • Contribution to technology Offerings portfolio by new technology services.
  • Drive inputs to corporate R&D strategy.
  • Generate inputs to competency strategies and evolve engineering excellence inside segment jointly with Global Centers of Excellences.

What you need for this

  • 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Technology Management, Technology Consulting, or CTO role.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Solid written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter and can work effectively in a global, distributed team.
  • External and internal thought leadership. Ability to act as a coach to senior engineering teams.
  • Ability to follow and predict market trends.
  • Profound understanding of large external or internal IT outsourcing company.
  • Deep business & technical understanding of the Salesforce platform and challenges business faces in large scale integration projects (similar experience with Workday, ServiceNow, etc. would be a big plus).
  • Deep business-related understanding of Solution Architecture, Business Analysis, Product Management, UX Design and other functional areas of software engineering.
  • Understanding of modern technology trends and technology itself (ex. IoT, Data Science, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Digital Twins etc.).
  • Lean mindset, combining technology and entrepreneurial skills with core management skills; leadership presence.
  • Fluent English.
  • Location: US (being in Atlanta, GA is an advantage).
