Technical Lead Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Technical tasks implementation, design, refactoring, code optimization.
• Architect and lead the development of highly robust, scalable, and secure server-side applications and services.
• Guide the design and implementation of complex software requirements.
• Oversee code reviews and mentor developers to ensure high-quality code.
• Promote and drive Agile development methodologies within the team.
• Develop and implement advanced security measures.
• Manage complex application issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive application testing procedures.
• Architect the integration of multiple data sources and databases into a single, coherent system.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of web applications in various environments.
• Lead the optimization and tuning of code for performance, maintainability, and scalability.

Must have:

• 8+ years of experience in software development using Node.js/Java and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• 6+ years of experience working in iGaming.
• 2+ years of work experience as a Lead Developer
• Profound knowledge of REST, CORS, and advanced understanding of HTTP and WebSocket.
• Expertise in React, Hooks, HOC, Render Props, and advanced performance optimization techniques nice to have
• Expert understanding of REST, WebSocket, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Redis.
• Exceptional experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases, demonstrating skills in database design, optimization, and
• Proficient in building module-based applications and shared UX libraries (following Atomic design or similar approaches).
• Expertise in writing efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code.
• Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for production-grade applications.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and the ability to design and implement cloud-native solutions.
• Proficient with git-flow.
• Experience in containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, with experience in implementing secure systems and mitigating common security threats.
• Expert understanding of Agile methodologies, with experience in leading Agile teams.
• Strong experience with multiple state management systems and can determine the most suitable system for specific use cases.
• Ability to review code and provide structured feedback.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to stay organized, and push projects forward.
• Experience with AML/KYC will be a plus
• Knowledge of Java and OpenJDK will be a plus
• Advanced level of English
