Technical Lead (Angular + AWS)

• Design and recommend technical solutions to address IT-related challenges and ensure successful product delivery.
• Lead front-end development efforts, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and define technical approaches.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers to foster team growth and technical excellence.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that may impact project timelines or product quality.
• Enhance and maintain reusable frameworks, libraries, and tools to improve development efficiency.
• Ensure implementation of industry best practices in performance, accessibility, security, and responsive design.
• Anticipate potential risks and proactively implement solutions to mitigate them.
  -Promote a collaborative team environment and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computing/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Front End development experience, including hands-on experience with Angular (versions 8 to 10).
• 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead.
• Significant experience within AWS environment.
• Experience in relational databases such as Oracle and MySQL.
• Experience in implementing web services such as SOAP and RESTful web services.
• Experience in frontend frameworks such as Angular, Struts, jQuery and Bootstrap.
• Experience in the area of modular and scalable software development.
• Proficient in test-driven development, automated testing, and the use of testing frameworks.
• Experience maintaining a living and complex codebase with a modern stack.
• Designing and developing reusable, testable front end components.
• Desire to learn cutting edge technology to solve complex business problems.
• An appreciation for good design, and the desire to translate visual ideas into working, efficient code.
• Have some team leading experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced understanding of modern software development methodologies.
• Advanced understanding of software testing methodologies, scripting and tools.
• Minimum experience of three or more full SDLC for web application projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and with client.
• Any relevant experience of testing capabilities such as Jasmine.
• Any relevant practical experience identifying common functionality and creation and deployment of npm packages.
• Any relevant experience delivering secure and scalable microservices / cloud native applications.
• Knowledge and experience of modem software development methodologies & frameworks (e.g. Agile/Scrum).
• Experience of reactive frameworks, i.e., NGRX.
• Experience of using Design Patterns.
