While launching a new location – Egypt, we’re searching for Talent Delivery Team Leader to join our local Intellias team and set up a recruitment processes from scratch.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach and motivate local Talent Delivery Team (onboarding, succession plans & promotions, managing underperformance)
  • Plan, commit and delivery delivery hirings per team based on KPIs.
  • Constantly track, measure, analyze team productivity and improve the hiring process.
  • Partner and drive staffing within Delivery (Country Head, DMs, PM/Project Coordinators) & TMD organizations.
  • Create and implement development/PDP plans for the local TD team.
  • Participate in updating recruitment related processes, procedures, guidelines.
  • Personal full life-cycle recruitment for the location with target of 1-2 delivery hirings per month.
  • Support employer branding, initiates branding and marketing location campaigns, etc. in close cooperation with Marketing department, encourage Recruiters to be Brand Ambassadors and reshare Intellias EB/materials on social channels.
  • Support leading the team through changes – follow the local / global strategy set up by Leadership.
  • Manage and/or coordinate ad hoc market insight requests (e.g., market capacity, lead time, salary).
  • Support internal projects & ad hoc requests (TD needs & related), etc.

What you need for this

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Talent Delivery /Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Team Lead.
  • 5+ years’ experience in IT recruiting, with a specific focus on Egypt market in recent years, which is a vital prerequisite for this role.
  • Strong people leadership experience with the ability to lead, coach and motivate the team.
  • Good knowledge and experience in the full recruitment lifecycle, including familiarity with different recruitment practices, interviewing types, and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of the local market’s specific laws and regulations related to recruitment, as well as familiarity with the most effective recruitment techniques influencing successful hiring.
  • Strong networking abilities, exceptional communication skills, and effective presentation and negotiation capabilities.
  • Understanding of IT outsourcing business and effective management practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and effective negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • A committed, enthusiastic, and flexible approach to work.
  • Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency or higher.
