Our client is the fastest-growing global tobacco manufacturing company. An international corporation with over a hundred years of history, internationally recognized brands and Reduced-Risk Products.

Intellias’ mission is to support its strategy and efforts in the Digital and e-commerce space (e-commerce and other apps mobile apps, payment gateways, loyalty system, search engine, employee management, identity management, etc.).

A newly conceptualized Digital Eco System is comprised of a set of capabilities including an online shop & website, linking online & offline, customization & personalization, engagement & membership, digital product & services main differences.

What you will do

What you need for this

Must have:

  • Testing experience:
  • API Integration Testing: Proficiency in API integration testing for backend services.
  • Functional/system Integration Testing (FIT): Proficiency in functional integration testing.
  • E2E: Participate in E2E validation process.
  • Regression Testing: Experience with regression testing to ensure critical business processes are covered.
  • Perform thorough smoke/sanity/regression testing during regular release activities
  • 3-5 years of QA experience (Ecommerce preferably).
  • Define requirements while use case preparation. Conduct interviews with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements. Clarify and document any ambiguities or edge cases.
  • Responsibility for Test Design and test case creation as part of Definition of Ready on user story level (creation test cases or checklists in Allure TestOps based on functional requirements).
  • Responsibility for Test level definition (setting test layer in Allure test ops).
  • Test Level Testing:
  • Design and maintain detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases  (based on activity/component),   per test level.
  • Responsibility for maintaining existing cases.
  • Responsible for validating failed test automation run result.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate quality testing activities.
  • Review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Compose and keep up-to-date traceability matrix of test cases.

Reporting:

  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
  • Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement.
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly defect reports and track delivery of fix to end users.
  • Responsible for reporting lower environments downtimes.
  • Business support: Provide analysis for defects and change requests reported by end users.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:

  • Critical Analysis: Capability to analyze test conditions and cases with appropriate detail.
  • Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in the production system.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring all test results are properly documented recorded in the dedicated test tool.
  • Actively participate in testing strategy improvements. Oversee the implementation and adherence to the testing strategy within the product team.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Ability to work with various teams to ensure proper integration testing during inter-dependencies.
  • Cooperate closely with Automation QA Engineers in order to maintain and increase automation coverage of test cases.
  • Effective Communication: communicate effectively and constantly withing the Cluster and related/depended Clusters, EDMs and other stakeholders.
  • Teamwork:
  • Proficiency in communicating over a text-based medium (MS Teams, Jira/Confluence, Email) and ability to concisely document technical details.
  • Good communication skills in English.

Methodology awareness & experience:

  • Experience in working in SCRUM team.
  • Good knowledge of SDLC, strong knowledge of working with git-based versioning systems and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.

Architecture & technical knowledge:

  • Understanding tokenizing/hasgingMD5 process flow.
  • Understanding how molecular monolith architecture works.
  • Knowledge of Multi-tenant architecture along with capability for tenant configuration for Market-brand.
  • Good knowledge of software design patterns and service-oriented architecture.
  • Good understanding of web development (JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS).
  • Good understanding of Axios library.
  • Experience in building/integrating REST services and a very good understanding of the HTTP stack.

Soft Skills:

  • Ready for being autonomous, proactive, and to take technical leadership.
  • Ability to motivate resources and deliver solutions without a direct reporting line.

  • High-stress tolerance: resistance to stress due to some high importance requests for retesting critical incidents.
  • Multithreading(multitasking) & Prioritization: ability to manage a lot of cases at the same time and wise prioritization.

Toolkit

  • JIRA, ITSP, Postman, Allure, Multitenant Environment (Azure).

Nice to have:

Technical experience: experience in Playwright automation framework (TypeScript + Playwright)
Industry Knowledge: Good working knowledge of business and related processes in the FMCG industry.
