Founded 20 years ago, the company pioneered an innovative Program membership, offering clients access to an entire fleet whilst paying only for the hours they fly, free of the responsibilities and asset risks linked to aircraft ownership. Every flight is tailored to ensure seamless travel with maximum efficiency so clients can be in more meetings or locations within the shortest period of time.
We are working with the client since 2011 from our main development hub in Odessa.
Over the years, we have delivered a number of products and services:
ERP and Fleet Management System, we have delivered two generations of this system, started with Oracle WebLogic/Hibernate/Oracle DB/Flex UI and migrated to new Microservice Platform based on Kafka/Docker/Kubernetes/AWS/React/Redux.
Financial and Operational Analytics and Reporting, HR Employee Data Management
Real-Time Operational and Revenue reporting Mobile and Desktop
Operational systems for users on ground
Designing, building, and maintaining software delivery pipelines and infrastructure that support continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.
Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure that software is delivered with high quality, speed, and reliability.
Developing and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address issues in production environments.
Troubleshooting production issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing remediation plans.
Managing and scaling infrastructure resources, such as servers, databases, and cloud services, to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
Implementing security best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Continuously learning and keeping up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to improve system performance, security, and efficiency.
3+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering / SRE
2+ years of hands-on AWS experience in production environments
2+ years of Terraform experience, including reusable modules and CI/CD integration
Strong hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD
Proficiency in at least one scripting language: Python / Bash / TypeScript
Strong Linux, networking, and troubleshooting skills
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production
Experience with observability and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch
Experience with IAM, secrets management, and infrastructure security best practices
Experience supporting production systems, incident response, and root cause analysis
Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
English level: B2+
Nice to have:
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate
CKA / CKAD
Experience with Pulumi
Experience with GitOps tools (Argo CD)
Experience with AWS Organizations / multi-account environments
Experience with cost optimization / FinOps
Experience mentoring engineers and defining engineering standards
