Our Finance team is on a mission to turn financial and operational data into actionable insights that directly support strategic decisions and drive business performance at Intellias. As part of this transformation, we are looking for a skilled and motivated BI Engineer to join the Finance function and help us build robust, insightful, and scalable analytics solutions.
You will play a key role in developing our financial data analytics landscape, including creating reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality, and identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Collaborate with FP&A and finance stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting and analytics requirements.
• Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to support analytics, financial planning, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Extract, clean, and validate data from multiple internal sources (e.g., ERP, CRM, Jira), ensuring consistency and reliability.
• Conducting solution demos, collaborating with business and explaining results.
• Monitor and enhance existing BI solutions to ensure their ongoing accuracy, performance, and alignment with business needs.
• Support the automation of recurring finance processes and reports.
•Participate in the design of predictive models for financial scenarios and resource planning.
• Communicate analytical insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders .
• 4+ years of experience in data, reporting, and analytical problem solving.
• Strong SQL skills and experience in working with a data warehouse.
• Understanding ways of data extraction and exchange (JSON, XML, CSV, API).
• Hands-on, practical experience in relational databases, data modeling, and data visualization.
• Advanced experience in building reports in Power BI tool (DAX, Power Query, Role-based modelling).
• Expertise in MS Excel: creating formulas, pivot tables, charts, reports, and dashboards.
• Developing BI solutions in line with the levels of requirements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to communicate decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audience.
• Ability to work with a fast-changing environment in the fast-growing company.
