What project we have for you

Our customer is the European R&D center for the biggest leading brands in the world. Together, we will work on a new electric mobility technology and solutions that aim to satisfy the global demand for premium electric vehicles.

What you will do

Develop new features including the design of interfaces and implementation to support reusability, testability, and modularity in accordance with the agreed plans and quality standards
Enhance existing features and improve the quality of the libraries and tools
Ensure that feature implementation meets client expectations
Participate in the features elicitation, requirements analysis, architecture definition
Undertake detailed design and component-level design
Handle ADRs
Drive/Participate the ideation, development, and execution of POCs and Al related features
Provide time estimates and time/performance/quality trade-offs to management and other teams
Contribute to architectural planning and refactoring
Report risks, roadblocks and status in timely manner
Take part in meetings with clients and vendors
Collaborate effectively with engineers and other team members, transfer knowledge and insights

What you need for this

Cognitive:

Excellent problem-solving skills: finding and proposing cross-systems solutions that are feasible and reasonable in the (technically) constrained environment
Ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams; explaining and presenting solution concepts to be implementable by dedicated teams
High critical thinking skills to evaluate alternatives and present solutions that are consistent with business objectives and strategy
Proactive communication skills: wilingness and ability to present the concepts, propose solutions to both teams and customer, actively participate in the technical and non-technical discussion

Software:

Experience with server-side backend programming with different architectures (any language)
Experience with Android SDKs and Frameworks, interfaces within the Android system
Experience with API definition and API maintenance, API adjustment with external teams to satisfy functionalities
On-hands experience with cloud vendors (AWS/Azure), deployment of large-scale applications on the cloud
At least basic knowledge of database systems
Understanding of high-level network protocols and communication: REST, Websocket, gRPC, WebRTC

8+ years of overall development experience

AI / LLM:

Practical experience with LLM usage thru API
Prompt engineering experience
Understanding of capabilities and limitations of LLM systems

Architecture:

Proven experience in end-to-end solution design
Proven experience as a Solution, Systems Architect or similar role, with a strong understanding of data architecture principles, practices, and technologies.
Experience in integration of backend systems with multiple vendors and APIs; integration of frontend with backend
Experience with documenting design using Modelling diagrams (e.g., UML, C4) and tools.
Good understanding of application security principles, data management

Nice to have:

Basic understanding of audio data processing

Understanding of concepts of STT, TTS; any practical experience with usage of these systems via provided APIs
