We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Expert with hands-on experience in ServiceNow configurations and migration from on-premise environments to Google Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and ensuring a seamless transition of ServiceNow applications to the cloud, aligning with business and security requirements.

What project we have for you

Our client is a state-owned closed joint-stock company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia that offers services in aviation management. Established in 2013 by the country’s General Authority of Civil Aviation it today operates all of Saudi Arabia’s 29 civilian airports through its four wholly owned subsidiaries.
The client aims to accelerate the adoption of cloud computing services and seeks for the team of experts to help them shift their infrastructure to cloud.

What you will do

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, and automation solutions to meet business needs.
• Lead the migration of ServiceNow from on-premise infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), ensuring minimal disruption.
• Analyze and assess existing ServiceNow instances, dependencies, and integration points before migration.
• Troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow configurations and cloud migration, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, migration plans, and best practices.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for internal teams on the new cloud-based ServiceNow setup.

What you need for this

• 5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including hands-on configuration and administration.
• Proven experience in migrating ServiceNow from on-premise to Google Cloud.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Workflow Automation.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience with Google Cloud services (Compute Engine, Cloud SQL, IAM, Networking, etc.) and cloud migration best practices.
• Familiarity with database management, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in ServiceNow.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Google Cloud Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect certification.
• Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Ansible) for cloud automation.
• Knowledge of security compliance frameworks and best practices for cloud-based ServiceNow implementations.
