Intellias is looking for a Service Desk Specialist to join the IT Department.
The Service Desk Specialist plays a key role in the operational efficiency of the IT Department by acting as the first point of coordination for service requests and incidents across all internal IT units, including IT Support, Product Engineering, Asset Management, and others. This role ensures timely sorting, routing, and communication between requesters and responsible IT teams, contributing to overall service quality and responsiveness.
