What project we have for you

In cooperation with the leading global provider of maps, traffic, and places data enabling navigation, location-based services, and mobile advertising around the world, Intellias is looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer, to take part in the development of an in-car ADAS navigation product.

What you will do

Design and develop a robust Unity application that visualizes vehicle positioning and surrounding vehicles on an interactive map display
Integrate external data sources via APIs, ensuring accurate, real-time data consumption and renderin
Optimize visualization performance for in-car displays and Android automotive platforms
Collaborate with backend engineers and automotive partners to ensure seamless data integration and system compatibility
Develop clean, maintainable code that adheres to industry standards and best practices
Implement efficient data handling mechanisms to process high-frequency location and vehicle telemetry data
Test and validate visualizations across various Android devices and in-car infotainment systems
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize the application for performance and reliability

What you need for this

We are seeking an experienced Unity Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge in-car software. We are looking for a developer with a proven track record in industrial and automotive software development. You will be responsible for creating sophisticated visualizations that display real-time vehicle and traffic data within an automotive environment.

Required Experience

Demonstrable experience developing industrial-grade applications using the Unity Engine
Strong experience integrating external data sources and APIs into Unity applications
Proficiency in Android development using Unity (native or cross-platform)
Solid understanding of real-time data visualization and graphics optimization
Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON data formats
Strong C# programming skills
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

Desirable Skills

Experience in automotive or connected vehicle software development
Knowledge of mapping APIs or geolocation technologies
Experience with multi-threaded programming and asynchronous data handling
Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization tool
Understanding of automotive industry standards and safety requirements
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
