Currently we are looking for an inspired and dedicated Talent Excellence Manager to our Talent Management Office unit.
This role involves conducting an efficiency review of talent management processes, policies, and services. It will require you to assess these processes from both an employee- and business-centered perspective, considering human and financial aspects. The successful candidate will lead audits, perform research, and report findings to the leadership team while collaborating with other departments to improve processes. The role also includes industry benchmarking and stakeholder engagement through surveys and deep interviews.
