What project we have for you

We are looking for Senior Software Engineer/Data Engineer to join our team and help maintain and extend a production real-time streaming application

What you will do

Architect and build infrastructure automation at scale for 1000+ engineers through tools like Terraform and Helm
Drive positive change in deployment frequency, lead time to change, change failure rate and mean time to restore metrics
Consult and cooperate with engineers in developing and implementing best practices in the field of cloud infrastructure and software engineering

What you need for this

Strong JVM development experience (Kotlin preferred, Java acceptable)
Real-time stream processing: building stateful pipelines, managing state evolution, handling event ordering and late arrivals
Experience specifically with Apache Flink or comparable frameworks (Kafka Streams, Spark Streaming)

Event-driven architecture — designing and operating systems around message brokers with schema evolution (Protobuf/Avro)
Cloud infrastructure — provisioning and managing services on AWS, infrastructure as code, container orchestration
Production ownership — deploying, monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting distributed systems in production
Software quality discipline — comprehensive testing (unit, integration, end-to-end), code review, and CI/CD practices
SQL databases — querying, data modeling, and integrating relational databases (PostgreSQL) into data pipeline

We are looking for strong problem-solvers who can apply their engineering skills to a wide range of platforms and environments, while also acting as an ambassador to coach team members and stakeholders
