Our client is one of Europe’s leading digital services providers, operating in over 20 countries with more than 26,000 employees. It delivers integrated end‑to‑end IT and cloud solutions enabling large‑scale digital transformation across industries such as automotive, healthcare, transport, and the public sector.

What you will do

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using enterprise RPA platforms (Automation anywhere is required in the project).
Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and assess technical feasibility.
Translate functional and non-functional requirements into robust automation workflows.
Develop reusable components and follow RPA best practices and coding standards.
Integrate RPA solutions with enterprise systems
Implement exception handling, logging, monitoring, and error recovery mechanisms.
Perform unit testing, support UAT, and resolve defects prior to production deployment.
Maintain and optimize existing bots to ensure stability, performance, and scalability.
Collaborate with process owners, business analysts, and IT security teams to ensure compliance with governance and security standards.
Document solution designs, technical specifications, and operational runbooks.
Provide production support and participate in incident and problem management related to RPA solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience developing RPA solutions in at least one major RPA platform.
Solid understanding of software development principles, including SDLC, version control, and testing methodologies.
Experience with REST APIs
Strong knowledge of Windows environments, web technologies, and application integration techniques.
Familiarity with databases (SQL / NoSQL)
Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).

What you need for this

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience developing RPA solutions in at least one major RPA platform.
Solid understanding of software development principles, including SDLC, version control, and testing methodologies.
Experience with REST APIs
Strong knowledge of Windows environments, web technologies, and application integration techniques.
Familiarity with databases (SQL / NoSQL)
Experience with source control systems (e.g., Git, Azure DevOps).

Will be a plus:

RPA platform certifications (e.g., UiPath Advanced Developer, Automation Anywhere Master).
Experience with process mining or task mining tools.
Exposure to AI/ML integrations (e.g., OCR, NLP, document understanding).
Understanding of IT service management processes (e.g., ITIL) and enterprise governance models.
Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
