The Global Monitoring Team is facing common problems of many internal business owners, like a complex technology landscape, for example. The Monitoring-as-a-Service solution has been established as a single-pane-of-glass for application performance and infrastructure monitoring. It is already used by many OEs, deployed on seven data centers (on-prem and Cloud) and monitoring thousands of hosts all around the world. The service capabilities both regarding the deployed Dynatrace solution as well as in the broader scope of monitoring IT infrastructure in general are extended progressively.
Under of a squad lead for monitoring, deep subject matter experts in the new Global Monitoring tribe will turn the digital target picture into reality. Defining the costumers digital future through a combination of technology trends such as cloud, micro-services, big data, and mobile requires individuals who are close to technology and love working in a tight-knit team.
Description of the project:
Dynatrace is a progressive and fast-evolving monitoring solution. Thus, the Global Monitoring team adjusts, extends and improves continuously the automation solution for the configuration of the internal tenants as well as the users’ Configuration as Code interfaces.
In addition, the Global Monitoring support channel assists customers regarding any deeper technical challenges that accompany those enhancements. Furthermore, the infrastructure deployed both on premise and in the Cloud is maintained and adopted, in particular with respect to the evolving the costumer’s infrastructure and its architecture in the cloud.
Despite the existing know-how within the costumer’s organization, there is a significant need to use the services of an external partner, who has experience in the area of End-to-End Monitoring Services.
