Our client is the fastest-growing global manufacturing company. An international corporation with over a hundred years of history, internationally recognized brands and Reduced-Risk Products.

Intellias’ mission is to support its strategy and efforts in the Digital and e-commerce space (e-commerce and other apps mobile apps, payment gateways, loyalty system, search engine, employee management, identity management, etc.).

A newly conceptualized Digital Eco System is comprised of a set of capabilities including an online shop & website, linking online & offline, customization & personalization, engagement & membership, digital product & services main differences.

The Senior Power Platform Developer (PPD) will serve as the dedicated PPD responsible for requirement gathering, designing, developing, rollouts, support and maintenance of Power Platform base solutions for the business/operational usage.

PPD will be under the supervision and direction of the Continuous Improvement Manager who manages the Governance, Enablement and Continuous Improvements Chapter.

This role is crucial for enabling data driven decision making, driving organizational efficiency, improving data governance, boosting engineering productivity across the Digital Eco-System (DES) landscape and enabling CI Manager and the organization’s strategic objectives.

What you will do

  •  Ensuring best practices in solution architecture, and maintaining high standards in security, compliance and follow organizational governance policies.
  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaborates: Effectively communicate, negotiate, align priorities across diverse groups including Engineering, DevOps & Security, Support and Operations, Delivery Team, QA and Business owners.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and turn it into high quality technical solutions focuses on business outcomes and customer satisfactions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy Power Platform base solutions (e.g. customs application, automate workflows, interactive visualization dashboards and reports for deep data visualization) to enable data driven decision making, KPI tracking and governing, driving organizational efficiency, improving data governance, and boosting productivity.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, support and maintain existing Power Platform solutions.
  • Monitor platform updates and proactively implement improvements.
  • Stay current with platform updates and leverage new features to enhance business outcomes.
  • Documentation is a foundational, non-negotiable responsibility to ensure business continuity, technical debt management, efficiency, system integrity and compliance.

What you need for this

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
  • Experience: 5-8+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in software development and at least 3+ years focused on designing, building, and deploying complex solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expertise in Power Platform, mainly the Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate and Power BI, (knowledge in Copilot Studio is a plus).
    • Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and integration with Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
    • Experience with custom connectors, APIs, and RESTful services would be an advantage
    • Experience and knowledge in User Experience (UX) and Visualization & Data Presentation to transition from building purely functional tools to delivering high-adoption, intuitive business applications.
    • Experience and Knowledge in Data Architectures, Data Modeling & Management, Database Design, Data Integrity and Data Integration.
    • Ability to design and implement security roles and compliance policies.
    • Ability to break down complex business workflows into manageable technical components.
    • Experience and Knowledge in Business sense, Business & Requirement Analysis and Data Analytics in order to be able to collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and map business processes to technical solutions.
    • Experience and Knowledge in Process Optimization/Automation to streamline workflows, optimize business processes (Designing structured, guided, and repeatable business processes) for efficiency improvement.
    • Knowledge of the project management processes, models, and methodologies, which is critical for transitioning from just “writing code” to delivering successful business value, ensure effective estimation and planning, scope creep prevention, risk management and better decision-making.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to explain complex technical solutions (like API integrations, Dataverse security, or custom connectors) in simple, non-technical terms to business stakeholders.
    • Genuinely understanding user pain points to design solutions that truly improve business processes, rather than just building what is requested.
    • Ability to constructively calibrate requirements to ensure the most effective, scalable solution is built.
    • Taking initiative to set up governance and standards for the platform.
    • Resourcefulness and proactiveness, e.g. proactively finding solutions to technical constraints or limitations within the platform.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team across different time zones.
    • Ability to work in a highly dynamic and changing environment.
    • User oriented, Customer oriented, Attention to Detail, Business minded and “Quality First” mindset.
    • Full awareness of the key service delivery processes.
    • Certifications (preferred): Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
