We are building a corporate AI platform that powers products, automates core business processes, and enables new revenue streams — one of the company’s top strategic initiatives.
To accelerate this transformation, we are expanding our AI Engineering team with a Senior Power Platform Engineer who will design and deliver enterprise‑grade copilots, agentic systems, and Power Platform solutions integrated with Azure AI services.

What project we have for you

The AI Platform delivers enterprise‑wide capabilities for building AI agents and reusable AI components deeply integrated across the Microsoft ecosystem.
Our stack includes:

  • Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, API Management, Key Vault
  • Copilot Studio (custom & declarative agents, connectors, orchestration)
  • Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
  • Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Dynamics, ERP/CRM systems

You will directly contribute to critical initiatives, including environment vending, ALM automation, shared component catalogs, operational monitoring, and API orchestration tooling.

This role is highly technical, hands-on, and foundational: you will shape the engineering patterns, ALM strategy, multi-environment operations, and reusable components that enable our future AI products.

What you will do

  • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio (declarative and custom agents). 
  • Communicate with business users to gather requirements and craft tailored Copilot & Power Platform solutions. 
  • Build and maintain custom connectors for Microsoft Copilot and Power Platform. 
  • Integrate Copilot-based agents with CRM, ERP, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, and other business applications. 
  • Provide ongoing support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve issues. 
  • Work with Azure OpenAI to develop, evaluate, and optimize prompts, system instructions, and agent workflows. 
  • Collaborate with product teams to deliver AI-enabled MVPs and scalable automation solutions. 
  • Mentor internal teams on LLM prompting, Copilot Studio best practices, AI governance, and secure AI solution design. 

What you need for this

Must Haves:

Platform & Environment Engineering

  • Proven experience managing Power Platform / Copilot Studio at scale: multi-environment setup, DLP, ALM, managed solutions, environment provisioning & governance, policies, security, automation.
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform and Copilot Studio (Azure DevOps, PAC CLI, pipelines).

Copilot Studio & Power Platform Expertise

  • Hands-on experience building AI-based solutions using:
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio (custom/declarative agents)
  • Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse
  • Custom connectors, API integrations

Azure AI & LLM Engineering

  • Experience working with LLMs: Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA.
  • Strong prompt engineering & system design skills.
  • Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise APIs, systems, and workflows.

Integration & Backend Skills

  • Proven integration expertise (REST APIs, Azure Functions, Service Bus, APIM).
  • Programming experience in .NET and/or Python.
  • Deep understanding of secure enterprise integration patterns.

General

  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently.
  • English level B2+ or above.

Will Be a Plus:

  • Experience with Azure AI Foundry, model catalogs, evaluations, and prompt flows.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Agents SDK, Microsoft Agents Framework, Semantic Kernel.
  • Experience contributing to platform-level reusable components and automation.
  • Ability to mentor teams on AI/LLM development practices and become a Guild Leader.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise architecture environments.
