Our customer is a US based international company on the Fortune 500 list. They provide energy, logistics, and technology solutions to aviation, marine, and land customers and suppliers around the world. Their solutions include oil and energy procurement, distribution and storage, operations support, financial, consulting, and technology services.

With $40B annual revenue and around 5,000+ dedicated employees, the company delivers innovative fuel solutions and logistics at more than 8,000 locations around the world.

The company is going to double capabilities of one of its development team by creating a twin team at Intellias. This team is intended to work autonomously, however, in close collaboration with the customer’s team.

What you will do

Responsibilities:

Working with architects / tech leads and other stakeholders to design new features or refactor existing ones on the existing application portfolio;
Optimizing existing codebases for performance and maintainability;
Participating in code reviews and helping junior team members grow;
Providing support for production issues when necessary, also maintaining the application portfolio (~30 applications);
Proactive participation in troubleshooting if needed;
Developing and deploying effective websites, apps, back-end services and applications.

What you need for this

Requirements:

5+ years of commercial experience;
Experience in back-end ASP.NET, microservices and API development;
Profound knowledge of relational DB, practical knowledge of MS SQL and SQL Server;
Solid understanding of IAM (Auth0, OAuth2);
Strong knowledge of GraphQL;
Strong knowledge of DevOps and Cloud Formation(AWS;
Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code concepts;
Experience with MVC and Web API;
Tools: JIRA, Slack, Bitbucket, Elastic Search Kibana;
Familiarity with object-oriented design and development concepts;
Solid understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies;
Knowledge of scrum and agile software development methodologies;
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills;
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment;
Upper-intermediate level of English, well-developed communication skills.

Nice to have

Experience with Angular framework;
Experience with VB.NET.
