Build the next generation of digital banking for 18M users. We are looking for a Senior General QA, focused mainly on backend for Web testing with solid automation knowledge. You will ensure the quality of customer-facing changes for a leading Ukrainian bank, validating mobile functionality end-to-end across mobile and web applications, APIs, and integrations. The platform is powered by an enterprise-grade, AWS-based, service-oriented backend with multiple databases and complex integrations—requiring strong attention to reliability, security, performance, and high availability. This project is focused on evolving an enterprise-grade digital banking platform for a leading Ukrainian bank serving ~18 million customers. The ecosystem includes a customer-facing mobile application and web channels, supported by a service-oriented backend running on AWS with modern technologies and native managed services.
·Test mobile application and web solutions (with web as the priority).
·Contribute to test strategy based on identified customer quality expectations and plan testing activities
· Design test scenarios for features with any level of complexity and involve all relevant testing types to ensure comprehensive and accurate testing
· Actively apply experience-based and complex requirements-based test design techniques
· Set up software quality and testing process quality metrics
· Identify project and product quality risks, monitor, control them, and build response strategies
· Estimate the time and effort required for test execution, considering factors such as project complexity, scope, and resources availability
· Execute testing activities using relevant tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of testing
· Prepare Test Summary Reports that accurately summarize the results of testing efforts and presenting them to stakeholders
