As a Data Analyst on a Digital Healthcare Team, you will play a crucial role in helping with the design and development of the core platform that will enable our data-driven healthcare applications. Your will be supporting the design and development of secure and scalable platforms to enable consumer-centric health and wellness applications.

You will be part of a team responsible for the development and implementation of data solutions serving consumer-centric and healthcare professional-focused digital tools aimed at enhancing medication adherence and achieving optimal health outcomes. This role requires strong domain expertise, subject knowledge and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the successful delivery of initiatives while optimizing program performance and alignment with business objectives.

The Digital Healthcare Team seeks a skilled and driven Data Analyst to drive and support the development and launch of innovative digital care and life management programs targeting diabetes and other chronic conditions. We are building a comprehensive digital health platform that empowers patients with chronic conditions and their informal caregivers to manage health journeys more effectively together. Our platform combines multiple modular services into a seamless ecosystem that bridges the gap between clinical care and daily life management.

What you will do

  • Analyse and interpret complex datasets using various tools and data modelling techniques.
  • Work with data warehouses and data lakes, ensuring effective data integration, ETL processes, mapping and reconciliation.
  • Conduct data profiling and quality assessments to identify issues and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate remediation options, influencing technology decisions.
  • Partner with Data Engineers, Data Analysts and Product Owners to improve data processes.
  • Gather and define business requirements, managing end-to-end project delivery.

What you need for this

Required skills:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a strong understanding of data architecture principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of OMOP CDM and Standardized Vocabularies
  • Knowledge of USCDI
  • Must have Clinical HealthCare experience in the US Market 
  • 6+ years of overall experience
  • Data Provisioning: Python, AWS, DWH services (Redshift, Databricks)
  • Experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, etc.)
  • Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
  • Experience working in Agile environments (JIRA or similar tools).
  • STEM degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong knowledge of Big Data, NoSQL, and RDBMS.
  • Understanding of data governance, data management, and data quality concepts.
  • Proficiency in data modeling tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with DataOps, data mesh etc. 
  • Experience in developing data science, analytics, and AI/ML solutions with Databricks.
