What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for executive and senior leadership positions for the company.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber leadership talent.
  • Leverage personal and professional networks to identify and engage C-level and senior management candidates.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Manage the offer negotiation and hiring process in collaboration with HR and senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in executive recruitment.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top choice for executive talent.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What you need for this

  • 5+ years of proven success in executive search and placement for leadership positions (preferable in IT).
  • Strong experience in staffing and executive placement across different global locations, including the EU and USA.
  • Established personal network of C-level and top management professionals.
  • 7+ years of experience in IT recruiting, readiness to work with mass hiring in Germany.
  • Excellent networking, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interview best practices.
  • Native speaker or Fluent level of German language.
  • Advanced level of English language (both written and spoken).
  • IT background or deep technical understanding is a strong plus.
