We work in cross-functional teams and are laser focused on increasing the number of active clients we serve to drive sustainable growth.

Your team will collaborate to design, build, and manage the new enterprise landing zones on AWS. This includes the end-to-end implementation of IDP using Backstage and supporting CI/CD for both infrastructure and applications using GitLab. The focus will be on a mix of AWS infrastructure, security, DevSecOps, EKS and observability.

What you will do

· Designing, building, and maintaining software delivery pipelines and infrastructure that support continuous integration, delivery, and deployment.

· Collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure that software is delivered with high quality, speed, and reliability.

· Automating manual processes, such as testing, deployment, and monitoring, to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

· Developing and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address issues in production environments.

· Troubleshooting production issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing remediation plans.

· Managing and scaling infrastructure resources, such as servers, databases, and cloud services, to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.

· Implementing security best practices and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

· Continuously learning and keeping up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to improve system performance, security, and efficiency.

What you need for this

Required Skills

· 5+ years of experience working as a DevOps

· Cloud computing: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) including Well Architecture Framework and best practices

· Hashicorp products: Terraform for AWS and private clouds, Vault, Consul

· FinOps, capacity and load testing experience

· Containerization: Experience with containerization technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes, is essential for creating and managing portable and scalable application environments.

· Continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD): Familiarity with CI/CD tools, such as a GitLab, is crucial for automating the build, test, and deployment processes.

· Monitoring and logging: Experience with monitoring and logging tools, such as Prometheus, or ELK stack, APM systems, telemetry is important for detecting and troubleshooting system issues.

· Collaboration and communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills are critical for working effectively with development and operations teams, as well as for managing stakeholder expectations.

· Problem-solving and critical thinking: excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve complex system issues.

· English level B2
