Senior Delivery Manager

• Daily communication with the Customer’s organization to ensure smooth collaboration and understanding between parties

Required skills:

• 8+ years of experience working in SW development for the Automotive domain
• Experience in managing an organization of 40+ people
• 6+ years of project management experience
• Experience in project scheduling, risk and change management, effort estimating, and software engineering practices
• Strong understanding of SDLC and methodologies for Automotive SW Development
• Ability to establish solid working relationships with client
• Excellent communication, presentation, and planning skills are necessary
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills 
• Self-motivated, multitasking, result-oriented, a quick thinker-doer
• Advanced level of writing and verbal English
   

Will be a plus:

• Experience in projects related to Head Unit Android Apps development
• Experience in the Embedded Automotive domain
• Familiar with ASPICE, ISO 21434
