You will contribute to the development of secure, scalable, and consumer-centric health and wellness solutions by gathering, analyzing, and translating business needs into actionable requirements.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to support the successful delivery of digital tools that enhance medication adherence and improve health outcomes for patients and healthcare professionals. This role requires strong domain expertise in healthcare, an understanding of digital product lifecycles, and excellent analytical and communication skills to align business goals with technical execution and ensure measurable impact.

What project we have for you

The mission is to chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. The client is an innovative and rapidly growing company, expanding across borders and disciplines – with a bold vision for the future of healthcare. We are building a team of exceptional individuals to help shape and deliver a transformative digital healthcare initiative. People are the most critical ingredient to our success.

The Digital Healthcare Team is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to support the development and launch of innovative digital care and life management programs, with an initial focus on diabetes and other chronic conditions. As part of this team, you will contribute to building a comprehensive digital health platform that empowers patients and their caregivers to manage complex health journeys more effectively. Our solution integrates multiple modular services into a seamless ecosystem designed to close the gap between clinical care and day-to-day life management.

Your ability to bridge business goals with user needs and technical constraints will be essential to delivering impactful, patient-centered solutions at scale.

What you will do

Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions to ensure alignment across business, product, and technology teams.
• Work closely with the architecture and development teams to design solutions that align with both technical feasibility and business goals.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, ensuring alignment with evolving business strategies and user needs.
• Support the team during sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups by clarifying requirements and prioritizing tasks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and business insights.
• Support decision-making by synthesizing and presenting analytical findings in a clear and actionable format.
• Contribute to testing activities by defining test scenarios and validating that implemented features meet business needs.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to optimizing workflows and analysis practices.
• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly with stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional discussions around compliance, security, and healthcare domain alignment.
