What project we have for you

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with a focus on Pre-Sales and Consulting engagements. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver, comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments and has experience managing executive-level client relationships as a trusted advisor, facilitating workshops, developing business recommendations, and building business cases for innovative solutions and complex transformations.

What you will do

Design complex digital transformation programs and strategy engagements including current state assessment, target state design, change management strategies, and implementation roadmaps
Develop a point-of-view on digital solutions evaluating technology options and articulating the strengths, trade-offs, and value propositions of various approaches
Design and facilitate bespoke discovery and strategy workshops tailored to specific client opportunities and business challenges, employing structured techniques to uncover business problems, drive consensus, and co-create solution approaches
Align solution strategy with the company’s goals, needs, and strategy, defining and validating business problem statements and building data-driven business cases
Identify use cases, elicit and analyze functional and non-functional requirements, analyze risks and mitigation strategies, prioritize business problems and solution scope, create and communicate programme and solution-level roadmaps
Bridge technical expertise with customer needs in presentations and support of client workshops, ensuring that Intellias team tells a compelling story reflecting the combined value and differentiation of our services and expertise
Identify stakeholders, manage their expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure clear communication throughout the engagement

What you need for this

5+ years of experience in software product development
2+ years of proven track record in contributing to complex pre-sales and solution discovery opportunities.
Experience in providing enterprise level business or technology advisory all the way to various executives (AVP / VP / SVP or c-suite level)
Experience with international companies, enterprise environments, and complex solutions (e.g., ERPs, enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions, supply chain management and procurement solutions, cloud migration and modernization programs, etc.)
Proven workshop facilitation expertise including session design, stakeholder engagement, and applying structured techniques (design thinking, journey mapping, prioritization frameworks) in virtual and in-person settings
Basic understanding of system design principles to evaluate solution trade-offs, assess non-functional requirements, and collaborate effectively with architects and engineering teams on solution design decisions
Familiarity with technology trends and skills to transform them into valuable use cases for the product and the organization. Strong analytical skills for processing large amounts of data into actionable insights
Compelling storytelling skills for an executive audience and the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
Comprehensive understanding of product and software development life cycles
Ability to work in fast paced environment, at times under demanding time constraints
Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with a focus on initiative and ownership
Capacity to balance stakeholder interests and manage multitasking effectively

Will be a plus:

Experience with Big4 consulting firms or premier management consulting organizations
Commercial experience implementing AI, GenAI, or other emerging technologies
Domain expertise in one or more of the following industries:
-Life Sciences & Healthcare
-Travel & Hospitality
-Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)
-Manufacturing
