Client is a leading multi-brand technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare customers in the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. A Fortune 500 company and member of the S&P 500 Index, Client was founded in 1984 and employs approximately 10,000 coworkers. For the trailing twelve months that ended September 30, 2023, the company generated Net sales of over $22 billion.

Broad array of offerings ranges from hardware and software to integrated IT solutions such as security, cloud, data center, and networking.

What you will do

  • Work with project stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, business and software requirements.
  • Work in an environment with a high level of uncertainty.
  • Create and maintain business and software requirements documentation.
  • Effectively manage project scope changes to ensure any change to scope is relevant, approved by stakeholders and documented.
  • Define software acceptance criteria and validate the product according to them.
  • Act as Product Owner in the product roadmap development.
  • Clearly translate business requirements into software requirements understandable for the development team.
  • Educate development team about product features and functionality.

What you need for this

  • 5+ years of experience in requirements management or business analysis in IT companies.
  • Experience working on backend development and system integration projects.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluency in English is required.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational, administrative and analytic skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding the complexity of distributed systems architecture and the ability to communicate it with business.
  • Knowledge of key business analysis tasks, requirements engineering techniques.
  • Good conflict management skills.
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced project environment and adaptability.
  • Ability to facilitate tech discussions and organize the documentation of achieved results and agreements.
  • Experience in BPMN and UML visual modeling.
  • Working hours: 9 am – 6 pm CET.
