About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Salesforce Analyst with Health Cloud experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the configuration, optimization, and day-to-day operation of Salesforce Health Cloud to enhance patient and provider engagement and improve care coordination.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across clinical, operational, and technical teams to understand business requirements, translate them into functional Salesforce solutions, and ensure platform effectiveness and data integrity.

What you will do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Health Cloud, providing functional and technical support.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce capabilities to improve healthcare operations and outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into user stories, system requirements, and functional specifications.
  • Configure Salesforce Health Cloud components including Care Plans, Patient Timelines, Provider Networks, and custom workflows.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers and administrators to design, test, and implement solutions.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support clinical and business decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA.
  • Provide training and documentation for end users and stakeholders.

What you need for this

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar role.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and patient engagement processes.
  • Ability to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on user experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Health Cloud Accredited Professional).
  • Experience working in healthcare organizations or regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA-compliant systems).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, and third-party integrations.
