What project we have for you

Our fast-growing and professional team is looking for a Business Analyst who will join the development of a new bespoke white label card solution that will allow employees to pay for medical expenses. Our client is one of the most well-known and funded startups in its industry, based in the United States. By joining our team, you will get exceptional businesstechnicalmultinational experience working with the demanded product in a competitive American market.

The candidate will be a part of the brand new project team to create a top-notch system from scratch, acting as an expert in technologies with dedicated innovation resources. The project goal is to build and set up a new scalable product and increase the time to market for the system.
The team is responsible for all aspects of building the product, from ideation to creation. Cloud-native architecture with Agile product development practices are used within the project.

What you will do

Work closely with BA Lead regarding the following responsibilities.
Analyze the business context and client’s current state. Define business needs.
Identify the functionality gaps needed for the To-Be state. Assist in the definition of the solution approach.
Define and manage solution scope, detect, and track changes. Manage requirements-related conflicts and issues up to resolution. Document requirements in accordance with predefined standards and project specific.
Specify a list of systems, actors, and organizational departments affected by the solution scope, and define assumptions and constraints. Plan communication with stakeholders.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs. Manage requirements communication considering the project’s specifics and stakeholders’ preferences.
Support stakeholders in requirements prioritization and allocation to milestones. Define and document non-functional requirements.
Establish and follow requirements lifecycle processes. Ensure requirements traceability.
Monitor solution implementation and conduct internal and external solution acceptance. Manage solution acceptance criteria.
Verify and validate requirements. Assess the risks related to the development and implementation of the feature.

What you need for this

Good communication skills in English – verbal and written (B2).
Ability to thoroughly document results of analysis to effectively represent business requirements.
1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the field of software development.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with technical understanding.
Ability and willingness to work through details, including where required.
Understand and define user workflows.
Requirements elicitation, organization, and analysis skills.
Knowledge of software development business and product life-cycle models.
English: Upper-intermediate or above.
A Highly organized and detail-oriented, fast learner.
Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Tools (Jira, Confluence).

Nice to have:

Prior technical experience like QA Engineer.
Experience in doing system analysis or have willingness to learn .
Experience in Fintech domain.
Higher Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
