What project we have for you

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead and optimize our MarTech ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving our “Making us more profitable” strategy through the delivery of advanced Salesforce solutions and cutting-edge AI innovation.

The PM will oversee the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Marketing and Data Cloud initiatives, manage critical MarTech integrations, and contribute to cutting-edge AI innovation projects.

The PM must balance “High Criticality” operational tasks with “High Strategic Value” innovation, ensuring all IT projects align with the goal of making the business more profitable and easier to engage with.

What you will do

  1. Salesforce & Data Cloud Management
    • Lead Platform Evolution: Manage the execution of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Data Cloud projects.
    • PoC Execution: Drive the Proof of Concept (PoC) for Marketing Cloud Next, ensuring technical milestones are met for immediate business validation.
    • Data Strategy: Oversee the Data Cloud PoC (initially UK-focused) to enable advanced segmentation and create a structured data backbone for global marketing.
    • Performance Optimization: Manage the rollout of Lead Scoring capabilities in key markets like Germany and Argentina.
  2. MarTech Operations & Technical Support
    • Systems Integration: Serve as the IT lead for Canva and Bynder, focusing on seamless integration into the client tech stack and tech enablement support.
    • Platform Oversight: Support Emplifi (SSO/Budget support) and Trinity to ensure tools are fully optimized for marketing users.
    • Legacy Migration: Lead the transition of legacy dashboards (e.g., SFDC Analytics/Vyndex) into more modern, Data Cloud-integrated solutions.
  3. Innovation & dMax Initiative
    • AI Agent Support: Contribute to the dMax innovation program, supporting the technical delivery of Lead Generator, Researcher, Creator, and Analyser Agents.
    • Scalability & Security: Ensure dMax is enabled through SFDC while remaining tech-agnostic, focusing on building a secure and scalable architecture.
    • Execution Leadership: Partner with leadership to translate strategy into tangible delivery, ensuring a focus on the execution of the innovation roadmap.
  4. Governance & Access Control
    • Security Standards: Manage the Access Control Model Project to ensure users have appropriate, secure access across the IT landscape.
    • Documentation: Maintain rigorous project documentation, including Project Charters and Business Cases, for all high-value initiatives.

What you need for this

  • Experience: 3+ years as an Project Manager, specifically within the MarTech or Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud is mandatory.
  • Integration Skills: Proven experience managing integrations (API, SSO) for creative platforms like Canva or Bynder.
  • Mindset: A blend of technical rigor and innovative thinking; ability to manage “standard” IT operations while contributing to AI-driven projects.
  • Availability: Must be able to start immediately and be based in Europe (Spain preferred).
  • Communication: Fluent English is required for navigating global leadership and technical teams
