Responsible and accountable for coordinated management of multiple related projects directed towards strategic business and organizational objectives in high quality manner.

What will your job look like?

You will have overall accountability and responsibility for all Program Management Office domains: Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Change, HR, Communication, Risk, Procurement, and Integration.
Manage the program scope and maintain its continuous alignment with business objectives. Sets the program plan and make recommendations to modify the plan when vital. Sets priorities, ensures optimization, and resolves issues to enhance effectiveness toward the business result of strategic intent.
Define projects. Assign project managers to initiate and manage the performance of component projects. Integrates and supervises multiple related projects.
Ensure alignment of all projects under his/her supervision with standards and program management methodology, including compliance with regulations.
Ensure an effective and engaged program team, usually without direct authority, by providing guidance and mentorship.
Builds credibility relationships and maintains communication with stakeholders at various levels, at Regional level.

Intellias is looking for skilled Program Manager with excellent communication skills and experience in Telecom domain.

What you will do

Managing several teams for one enterprise engagement in Telecom domain
Business development and account management in required areas
Working closely with the stakeholders on both sides to manage the day-to-day work of the development team
Coaching, mentoring, motivating and supervising project team members, and influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work
Coaching customers, explaining best practices in management and engineering process
Tailoring and facilitating right software engineering processes and defining the roles and responsibilities of all of the project team members
Project reporting, team velocity, ensuring key performance indicators reaching success level values

What you need for this

Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management of Information Systems
10+ years of full-time practice as a Project Manager/ Delivery Manager and 5+ years in program management of BSS transformation projects
Experience and knowledge in several key domains relevant to the program
B.A/B.Sc. degree, global equivalent or higher
PGMP certification would be a plus
Track record of accounts led in Telecom domains
Pre-sales and client engagement experience is a must
Experience in direct communication with multiple stakeholders on client side
Experience in managing teams of 50+ people and/or engagements with 3+ vendors is a plus
Excellent communication skills, ability to influence people, leadership by examples, cultural awareness
Experience in staffing, project scheduling, risk and change management, requirement analysis, effort estimating, software engineering practices, quality assurance
Readiness for business trips, familiarity with CIS region and Azerbaijan telecom is required
Upper-intermediate level of written and spoken English
