What project we have for you
Intellias is partnering with a Fortune 100, Midwest-based industrial manufacturer to modernize and expand a suite of cloud-based services and data products used by a global network of dealers, enterprise customers, and internal business units. Our cross-functional teams deliver scalable APIs, event-driven services, and analytics pipelines that power quoting, ordering, asset telemetry, diagnostics, and lifecycle support for heavy equipment in the field.
What you will do
- Own and maintain integrated program schedules across multiple Agile teams.
- Coordinate execution activities between Engineering Managers, Product Owners, Architects, and Program Leadership.
- Ensure Azure DevOps work items, epics, features, user stories, iterations and roadmaps accurately reflect program execution.
- Monitor program milestones, delivery commitments, cross-team dependencies and critical path activities.
- Facilitate planning activities including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, and milestone tracking.
- Produce executive-level reporting, dashboards and delivery metrics using Azure DevOps Analytics, Power BI and/or Excel.
- Identify schedule risks, execution bottlenecks and delivery blockers, proactively escalating issues with recommended mitigation plans.
- Support leadership in forecasting delivery dates, release readiness and resource planning.
- Coordinate communications across multiple global engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain program documentation within Azure DevOps and Confluence.
- Ensure engineering teams consistently follow agreed Agile delivery processes and project management standards.
What you need for this
- 6+ years supporting software engineering programs or PMO organizations in Agile environments.
- 2+ years of advanced hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for project and program management.
- Experience creating program dashboards and executive reporting using Azure DevOps Analytics and/or Power BI.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and advanced reporting.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple concurrent engineering teams within complex enterprise programs.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and dependency management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient (C1/C2) EN
- Readiness to support CT timezone (1-3 pm CT latest)
Will be an advantage:
- PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise software development programs.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted reporting.
- Power BI report development experience.
- Exposure to data engineering, ETL workflows, API integrations or analytics platforms.
