What project we have for you
Our Customer is the European R&D center for the biggest world-leading brands. Together, we will work on new electric mobility technologies and solutions that aim to satisfy the global demand for premium electric and hybrid vehicles.
What you will do
- Manage all activities related to delivering
- Take part in the creation of release plans
- Define and follow the release process, including related best practices
- Communicate release-related needs to engineering teams
- Automate the release process
- Monitor and report code quality KPIs
- Monitor and report release quality metrics in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Team
- Define a strategy for generating, storing, and maintaining deliverables and artifacts
- Contribute to the Continuous Integration system for development-related activities
- Contribute to the Continuous Delivery system for release-related activities
- Manage, automate, and optimize build systems in conjunction with CI and DevOps Teams for better efficiency
- Coordinate all Release Managers from the related projects
What you need for this
- Extensive experience as a Release Engineer or in a DevOps position for 5+ years
- Production experience of working with CI (GitLab)
- Extensive experience with version control systems and code review tools (GitLab)
- Experience working with static code analysis tools
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Experience in Agile software development lifecycle
- Well-developed communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, being a self-organized person
- Reporting (Jira, Confluence).
- Upper-Intermediate English
Will be a plus:
- Experience in location-based services
- Experience in the Automotive Software industry, especially in Automotive Software Development Life Cycle standards
