We are looking for a Treasury Specialist to join our growing Finance team and support the development of the Group Treasury function across multiple jurisdictions.

What you will do
Qualifications – Must-have
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Treasury, Accounting, Finance, Audit, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Experience working with financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and supporting analyses.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
Qualifications – Nice-to-have
- Experience in multinational companies.
- Experience with banking products, financing processes, or treasury activities.
- Experience with ERP systems and banking platforms.

What you need for this
Treasury Governance & Banking Administration
- Coordinate bank account opening, maintenance, and closure processes.
- Support bank KYC, AML, compliance, and due diligence requests.
- Administer e-banking platforms and treasury-related user access management.
- Maintain repository of banking agreements, powers of attorney, signatory records, and corporate documentation.
- Liaise with banking partners regarding operational and compliance matters.
Financing & Other Projects
- Coordinate with banks regarding foreign exchange operations.
- Support implementation of new banking products and treasury solutions.
- Liaise with banking partners regarding financing opportunities and banking products.
- Support preparation and coordination of documentation required for loan applications, credit facilities, guarantees, and other financing arrangements.
- Coordinate information requests from banks and other financial institutions during financing, due diligence, and onboarding processes.
- Participate in financing projects and banking relationship development initiatives.
- Support treasury transformation and process improvement initiatives across the Group.
Financial Analysis, Reporting & Compliance
- Collect, review, and consolidate financial and corporate information required for banking, financing, compliance, and due diligence purposes.
- Prepare supporting financial data, analyses, reports, and documentation required by banks, financial institutions, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in preparation of treasury reports, presentations, and other materials for management and external counterparties.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and information requests related to banking, treasury, and financing projects.
- Ensure treasury records and banking documentation remain accurate and up to date.
- Support internal and external audit requests related to treasury activities.
- Assist with compliance reviews and regulatory information requests.
- Work closely with Accounting, Tax, Legal, Procurement, Payroll, and local Finance teams.
