Product Manager for GenAI project

• Product Ownership & Delivery: Take full ownership of the dMAX product backlog and oversee the agile development sprints for the two MVP use cases: “Automated Research & Briefing” and “Automated Creative Asset Production.” Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. 

• Technical Liaison & Partner Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day technical point of contact for the internal customer’s Tech/IT and security leads as well as external development team(s). Ensure requirements are clearly understood and technical challenges are resolved efficiently. 

• AI Technology Strategy & Innovation: Stay on the cutting edge of the rapidly evolving AI landscape. Evaluate new technologies, models (LLMs), and techniques (fine-tuning, RAG) to inform the long-term dMAX roadmap and ensure our platform remains competitive and effective. 

• Requirements Management: Work with marketing stakeholders to translate their strategic business needs into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria for the development team. 

• Scalability & Data Architecture: In partnership with AI Data Engineers and Cloud DevOps Engineers, design a clear plan for the future of our data and the scalability of the dMAX platform. Address and solve challenges related to data access, API integration, and deployment in customer’s AWS environment. 

• User-Centric Approach: Champion a product- and user experience-oriented approach to development. Ensure that the solutions built are not only technically robust but also intuitive and valuable for the marketers who will use them every day. 

• Validation & Transition: Coordinate the “Validation & Transition” workstream, ensuring rigorous testing, quality assurance, and a smooth technical handover of the MVPs from our development partner. 

• Future Team & Operating Model: Collaborate on the design of the future in-house AI marketing team, helping to define the roles and capabilities needed to support and scale dMAX globally. 

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical product management, with a proven track record of launching and managing complex AI/ML-powered products from concept to scale.  

• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A demonstrable entrepreneurial mindset is a firm requirement. You must possess a proactive, self-starting approach to innovation, be comfortable with ambiguity, and be driven to build new solutions from the ground up. 

• Technical Expertise: Deep, practical understanding of the modern AI/GenAI technology stack, including LLMs, fine-tuning methodologies, vector databases, RAG, and agentic frameworks.  

• Cloud & Data Knowledge: Solid understanding of data architecture, APIs, and cloud environments, preferably AWS.  

• Agile & Vendor Management: Expertise in agile development methodologies and experience managing relationships with external development partners and vendors.  

• Strategic Thinker: Ability to think beyond the immediate MVP and contribute to a long-term product and technology strategy.  

• Collaborative Leader: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to operate effectively within a large, global corporate structure and act as a translator between technical and business teams.  

• Problem Solver: A pragmatic and results-oriented approach to solving complex technical and product challenges.

• AI Startup Experience: Previous experience as a founder or an early-stage employee in an AI-focused startup is a significant plus.
