The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for driving joint go-to-market initiatives with Intellias’ strategic partners, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake, to generate pipeline and support revenue growth.

What project we have for you

This role works closely with alliances, sales, and marketing teams to scale partner marketing beyond individual relationships into consistent, repeatable execution. The Partner Marketing Manager owns partner marketing planning and prioritization and collaborates with Vertical Marketing, Central Marketing, and Marketing Operations to deliver campaigns, enablement, and measurable results.

What you will do

Develop and execute joint partner marketing plans
Lead the planning and execution of joint go-to-market initiatives with priority partners, including definition of target ICPs, value propositions, messaging, and proof points.

Run partner-led demand generation programs
Plan and deliver co-branded campaigns and field programs such as webinars, events, and account-based initiatives, working closely with partner teams and internal sales stakeholders.

Support and enable co-selling motions
Create and maintain partner and sales enablement materials (pitch decks, talk tracks, case studies, solution overviews) to support opportunity creation and deal progression.

Build and maintain partner marketing assets and proof
Develop customer stories, solution briefs, references, and partner-facing content to strengthen market credibility and support enterprise sales cycles.

Manage MDF and partner marketing budgets
Coordinate MDF planning, execution, and reporting with partners, tracking performance and impact on pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Coordinate cross-functional marketing execution
Act as the main point of contact for partner marketing initiatives, collaborating with central marketing, vertical marketing, and marketing operations to ensure timely delivery and amplification.

What you need for this

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on partner, alliance, or ecosystem marketing
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams and co-selling motions
  • Hands-on experience working with cloud or data platform partners (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate go-to-market strategy into executable programs and campaigns
  • Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills, working closely with sales, alliances, and marketing teams
  • Analytical, data-driven mindset with experience tracking campaign performance, pipeline impact, and ROI
  • Familiarity with partner funding programs, MDF, or cloud marketplaces

Nice to Have

  • Background in technology consulting, digital engineering, or complex B2B services
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) or industry-focused go-to-market initiatives
