What project we have for you

Intellias is seeking a driven and results-oriented Paid Ads Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing B2B paid advertising campaigns primarily on LinkedIn and Google Ads. Your expertise will be crucial in driving quality leads and supporting our growth initiatives.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute B2B paid advertising strategies on platforms including LinkedIn and Google Ads to maximize lead generation.
  • Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns through keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis to improve ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and platform updates, implementing new techniques to improve advertising strategies.
  • Manage the budget for PPC campaigns, ensuring effective allocation and spend tracking.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet lead generation goals.

What you need for this

  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in tech company.
  • Proven experience in managing B2B paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads.
  • In-depth knowledge of PPC strategies, analytics, and ad performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM software.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Retargeting/Remarketing, Display, and Rich Media/Video Advertising approaches in paid ads.

Higher Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Master’s Degree.
