Our client is a leading multi-brand technology solutions provider to business, government, education and healthcare customers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada. A Fortune 500 company and member of the S&P 500 Index and employs approximately 15K coworkers.

What you will do

  • Lead Technical Design & Implementation: Drive technical design sessions and oversee the implementation of D365 Contact Center solutions.
  • Architectural Expertise & Integration: Collaborate with Solution Architects to design integrations with backend systems and external services, ensuring alignment with D365 CE architecture and Dataverse.
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code; review code for compliance with best practices and enterprise standards.
  • Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues proactively, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • DevOps & ALM Practices: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) best practices to streamline deployments and maintain operational excellence.
  • Oversight of Key Components: Provide technical oversight on D365 Customer Service Case Management, Unified Routing, channel configurations (voice, chat, social, email), and Power BI dashboards.
  • Act as a dual-role Developer / Product Owner by translating business needs into clear user stories, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring delivered solutions meet both technical and product objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and end users to gather feedback, validate requirements, and continuously align the solution with user needs.

What you need for this

  • Lead technical design sessions and own the implementation of D365 Contact Center solutions.
  • Knowledge of core D365 CE architecture and Dataverse is a plus
  • Microsoft Copilot Studio and Virtual Agents is a plus
  • Knowledge and understanding and experience with Azure Communication Services is a plus
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to design integrations with backend systems and external services.
  • Guide and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code.
  • Review code and ensure alignment with best practices and enterprise standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide proactive resolutions.
  • Provide technical oversight on key components such as:
    –D365 Contact Center
    –D365 Customer Service Case Management
    –Unified Routing, Workstreams
    –Channel configuration and custom channel integration (voice, chat, social, email)
    –Fabric and Power BI (semantic data modeling, creating/building custom dashboards/views)
  • Experience working directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, define acceptance criteria, and prioritize work.
  • Strong product mindset with the ability to balance user value, technical constraints, and delivery timelines while remaining hands-on in development.
  • Contribute to DevOps processes, including CI/CD pipelines and ALM best practices are nice to have.
